RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return policy only applies to purchases made through our website www.olaazulsw.com, Instagram @olaazulswimwear, or WhatsApp + 57 (300) 712-5845. Returns for products purchased through our authorized distributors will depend on them and in no way, will Ola Azul be responsible.

Our products are subject to exchanges and returns as long as they meet the following conditions:

1. Changes will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase.

2. The product must contain its original labels and tags, along with the hygiene protector as originally delivered.

3. The product may not be stained, damaged, worn or subjected to any washing, cleaning or wet process in any way.

4. The product may not be altered or modified in any way.

5. The product must be returned in its original protective bag.

6. The product must be returned within the established times for exchanges or returns.

 

FOR SIZE OR REFERENCE EXCHANGES: 

If you want to make an exchange by size or by another reference and you meet the conditions mentioned above, you may be eligible to make the exchange.

Specifications:

1. Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase.

2. Products purchased in promotion or discount will not be eligible for exchange.

3. An email should be sent to help@olaazulsw.com explaining your case to receive the exchange and returns form. Once we receive the completed form back, the buyer must send the product to be exchanged.

4. After receiving the product to be exchanged, Ola Azul will have 3 to 5 business days to carry out the study and, depending on the case, issue the approval or denial of the exchange.

5. Once the exchange is approved, Ola Azul will have 2 business days to deliver the product to the carrier and then, the delivery time will depend on our policies established in Shipping.

6. All shipping costs must be borne by the buyer regardless of whether the exchange request is approved or denied.

7. In the event that the buyer or the carrier loses the product to be exchanged, Ola Azul will not be responsible for the loss.

8. If the exchange is approved and the desired product or size is not in inventory, the refund will be made in money or in store credit. Refund times will depend on the card issuer.

9. In case of making a product exchange, it can only be done for a product of the same or greater value and the buyer must assume the surplus.

 

FOR REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT 

If you want to have store credit or a money refund and you meet the conditions mentioned above, your request may be approved.

Specifications:

1. The money refund or store credit will be accepted up to 30 days after the purchase.

2. Products acquired in promotion or discount will not be eligible for refund or store credit.

3. An email should be sent to help@olaazulsw.com explaining your case to receive the exchange and returns form. Once we receive the completed form back, the buyer must send the product to be returned.

4. After receiving the product to be returned, Ola Azul will have 3 to 5 business days to carry out the study and, depending on the case, issue the approval or denial of the return.

5. Once the return is approved, Ola Azul will have 2 business days to request the bank refund or generate the code with store credit.

6. Once the request for a refund is approved, the time of said return will depend on the buyer's bank.

7. All shipping costs must be borne by the buyer regardless of whether the return request is approved or denied.

8. In the event that the buyer or the carrier loses the product to be exchanged, Ola Azul will not be responsible for the loss.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Remember that our products have labels for use and care that must be read carefully to avoid damage or alteration of the product or its quality. If you want to make a request for exchange or return for warranty you must consider:

1. Warranty exchanges or returns will be accepted up to 3 months after purchase.

2. An email must be sent to help@olaazulsw.com explaining your case to receive the exchange and return form. Once we receive the completed form back, the buyer must send the product to be exchanged.

3. After receiving the product to be returned, Ola Azul will have 3 to 5 business days to carry out the study and, depending on the case, issue the approval or denial of the warranty.

4. The product will not be entitled to warranty if:

  * It does not contain the original labels and tags with which the product was initially delivered.

  * The product is stained with chemicals such as bleach, detergents, or bronzers that can cause changes or discolorations in the fabric.

  * The product is altered or modified.

  * Presents normal wear and tear and not a quality or factory defect.

5. If the exchange or return by warranty is approved, we will contact the buyer to generate a money refund, store credit, or product exchange. If the desired reference or size is not in stock, a money refund or store credit will be issued.

  * For money refund, Ola Azul will have 2 business days to request a bank refund or generate the code with store credit. Once the money refund is issued, the time of said return will depend on the buyer's bank or card issuer.

   * For size or reference exchanges, Ola Azul will have 2 business days to deliver the product to the carrier and the delivery time will depend on our policies established in Shipping.

6. In case of making a reference exchange, it can only be done for a reference of equal or greater value and the buyer must assume the surplus.

7. If the claim is successful, all shipping costs will be borne by OLA AZUL. Otherwise, if the warranty is denied, the buyer shall bear all shipping costs.
