1. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Medellín, Colombia.

2. Can I return My order?

You can make a return during the following 7 calendar days after receiving the order. (according to delivery dates of our courier FedEx).

*Products on sale or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded*

3. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming its receipt and whether your refund request has been approved or denied. Once approved, we will submit the request to PayPal within 1-2 business days, and the refund will be processed via the original payment method in accordance with PayPal's policies. Please refer to the PayPal refund policy for further details here.

4. When will my order arrive?

We have a processing time of 1-2 business days and a delivery lead time of 4-10 business days. Our products are shipped via FEDEX.

These times may vary due to fortuitous or unforseeable events, as well as withholdings by foreign authorities or customs.

Shipment might be subject to local import tariffs and duties that are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs department for any export duties and taxes. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses. Please ensure to include a valid mailing address

5. How do I track my order?

You will receive an email notification once your order has been placed and dispatched. If you do not receive this notification, please contact us at help@olaazulsw.com

6. How Much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping (4-10 business days) for all orders exceeding $100.

For orders totaling less than $100, shipping costs vary based on your location. When entering your shipping information, the platform will provide you with the shipping cost.

7. Can I modify my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at help@olaazulsw.com within 3 hours of placing the order.  We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

8. WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Ola Azul SAS does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.   We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.   

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Ola Azul SAS, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

9. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Currently we can process your payments through Paypal.

10. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?

At OLA AZUL SAS, we prioritize offering a secure shopping environment. Your privacy is important to us, and all information provided is treated as confidential, solely used for contacting you or sending promotional emails. If you wish to have your information removed from our database, please email us at help@olaazulsw.com or unsubscribe directly from our emails.

11. IS MY BANKING INFORMATION SAFE?

When using PayPal for payment, your financial details are not disclosed to the seller (OLA AZUL SAS). the payment is processed through PayPal, not through OLA AZUL. For further information, please refer to the PayPal Policy here.

12. DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?

You only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.

13. WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We strive to maintain the highest quality standards for all items we sell. However, if you encounter any issues with a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us at help@olaazulsw.com. We will promptly investigate the matter for you. Please refer to our Warranty policy here.

14. HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SWIMSUIT?

Do not fold or iron.  Rinse after contact with salt water or chlorine.  Hand wash with cold water, using mild, gentle soap.  Lay flat to dry.
