We ship from our warehouse in Medellín, Colombia.

You can make a return during the following 7 calendar days after receiving the order. (according to delivery dates of our courier FedEx).

After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming its receipt and whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

Once approved, we will submit the request to PayPal within 1-2 business days, and the refund will be processed via the original payment method in accordance with PayPal's policies.

We have a processing time of 1-2 business days and a delivery lead time of 4-10 business days. Our products are shipped via FEDEX.

Shipment might be subject to local import tariffs and duties that are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs department for any export duties and taxes. 


We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses. Please ensure to include a valid mailing address.

We offer free standard shipping (4-10 business days) in North America, Central America, and Europe for all orders exceeding $100.
For other locations and orders totaling less than $100, shipping costs vary based on your location.

When entering your shipping information, the platform will provide you with the shipping cost.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at help@olaazulsw.com within 3 hours of placing the order.  

We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

You will be responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.


Please be aware that Ola Azul SAS does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.   We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
