SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via FedEx. Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen events, including customs inspections or local authority delays.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Kindly note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or military locations. Be sure to provide a valid street address at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Ola Azul piece, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

This return policy applies only to purchases made through our official channels:

U.S. ORDERS

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery (as confirmed by FedEx). Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition with all tags, hygiene liners, and packaging intact

  • Returned together in one shipment, if applicable

  • Free of any custom modifications or damages

Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased with discounts are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Free gifts and customized items are also non-returnable.

To begin a return, please email help@olaazulsw.com with your order number and request. Our team will review and provide instructions.

What Happens Next:

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3–5 business days), you’ll be eligible for one of the following:

Exchange

  • You may exchange for a different size or style of equal or greater value (price difference applies).

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Ola Azul covers return shipping.

Store Credit

  • Issued within 5 business days after approval.

  • Ola Azul covers return shipping.

  • Credit is valid for future online purchases.

Refund

  • Processed via the original payment method.

  • Ola Azul covers return shipping.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, plus additional time depending on your payment provider’s policies.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders delivered outside the U.S.:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • Items must meet the same return criteria listed above

  • Only store credit will be issued for approved returns

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs/import fees

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased on promotion/discount are not returnable

PRODUCT WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe you've received a defective item, you may file a warranty claim within 60 days of purchase.

Warranty does not apply if:

  • The item has been stained, chemically treated, or damaged by bronzers, bleach, or detergents

  • The item has been altered or modified

  • The wear and tear is due to normal use and not a manufacturer defect

To file a warranty claim, email help@olaazulsw.com with your order number and photos of the issue. After inspection, we may offer:

  • Exchange for the same or higher-value item (customer covers difference)

  • Store Credit (issued within 5 business days)

  • Refund via original payment method
