SHIPPING

We have a processing time of 1-2 business days and a delivery lead time of 4-10 business days. Our products are shipped via FEDEX.

These times may vary due to fortuitous or unforseeable events, as well as withholdings by foreign authorities or customs.

Shipment might be subject to local import tariffs and duties that are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs department for any export duties and taxes. 

 

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses. Please ensure to include a valid mailing address

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy only applies to purchases made through our website www.olaazulsw.com, Instagram @olaazulswimwear, or WhatsApp + 57 (321) 860-9594. Returns for products purchased through our authorized distributors will depend on them and in no way, will Ola Azul S.A.S. be responsible.

*Products on sale or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded*

You will be able to return your products if you meet the following conditions:

  • You can make a return during the following 7 calendar days after receiving the (according to delivery dates of our courier FedEx).
  • We can only receive faultless items that are in their original condition, have not been used, altered, or washed, and have all the labels attached along with the hygiene protector and packaging as originally delivered.
  • If returning multiple items from the same order, they must be sent together in a single package and all at once. We may decline multiple returns from the same order.
  • Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned.
  • Custom items cannot be returned.
  • We are only able to process exchanges originating from the country to which the order was initially shipped. For instance, if an order was delivered to the USA, exchanges must also be initiated from within the USA. Otherwise, shipping and import fees will apply.

Upon receipt of the returned product, Ola Azul S.A.S will conduct a thorough inspection within 3 to 5 business days. We reserve the right to approve or reject any request following this inspection process.

Upon approval you may:

  • Request an exchange:
    • The returned items may be exchanged for a different size or product of greater value. We do not allow exchanges for items of lesser value. Exchanges will be subject to inventory availability.
    • Only one exchange per order will be allowed.
    • Once the exchange is approved, and the new product is confirmed available in stock, the delivery lead time will be the same to that of a new order. (link)
    • Ola Azul will assume the cost of returning the merchandise for exchange. However, the buyer must cover the shipping cost for the new order.
  • Request Store Credit:
    • Store credit will be processed within 5 business days and will be confirmed via email.
    • Ola Azul will assume the cost of returning the merchandise and full credit will be issued.
  • Request a Refund:
    • Once approved, we will submit the request to PayPal within 1-2 business days, and the refund will be processed via the original payment method in accordance with PayPal's policies. Please refer to the PayPal refund policy for further details here.
    • Ola Azul will assume the cost of returning the merchandise and full refund will be issued.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Please note that our products have labels for use and care that must be read carefully to avoid damage or alteration of the product or its quality. If you want to make a warranty request please consider:

  • Warranty requests will be accepted up to 2 months after purchase.
  • The product will not be entitled to warranty if:
    • It is stained with chemicals such as bleach, detergents, or bronzers that can cause changes or discolorations in the fabric.
    • It is altered or modified.
    • It presents normal wear and tear and not a quality or factory defect.
