At OLA AZUL, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably, wherever you are.
PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions or peak seasonal volume.
DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
United States: duties and import fees are covered by us. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
All other countries: prices and shipping do not include import duties, taxes (such as VAT) or customs fees. These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. The carrier may also add its own handling or clearance fee. Because these charges vary by country and order value, we are unable to estimate them in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is refused, not collected, or returned to us because duties and taxes were not paid, we will issue a refund once the package is back with us, minus:
- the original shipping cost (also applies to orders that shipped free),
- the return shipping cost charged to us by the carrier, and
- any duties, taxes or fees charged to us.
Refused packages are not eligible for exchanges.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to ship to:
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• Military installations
Some countries are not available at checkout. Please make sure a valid residential or commercial street address is entered at checkout to avoid delays.
