Frequently Asked Questions
We ship from our warehouse in Miami, FL.
You can make a return during the following 7 calendar days after receiving the order. (according to delivery dates of our courier FedEx).
*Products on sale or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded*

We recommend visiting our Fit Guide for detailed sizing charts, measurements, and style-specific tips. If you're between sizes, size up for more coverage or down for a snugger fit.

After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming its receipt and whether your refund request has been approved or denied. Once approved, we will submit the request through Shopify within 1-2 business days, and the refund will be processed via the original payment method in accordance with shopify payment policies.
We have a processing time of 1-2 business days and a delivery lead time of 2-6 business days in the US. For international orders we have a delivery lead time of 4-10 days. Our products are shipped via FEDEX.
These times may vary due to fortuitous or unforseeable events, as well as withholdings by foreign authorities or customs.
Shipment might be subject to local import tariffs and duties that are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs department for any export duties and taxes.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses. Please ensure to include a valid mailing address

We offer free standard shipping (2-4 business days) in the US. all orders exceeding $100. For international orders shipping fees may vary.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at help@olaazulsw.com within 3 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
For orders outside the U.S., you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees at delivery. These charges are set by your local authorities and vary by country.
Ola Azul does not control or collect these fees, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Currently we can process your payments through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, apple pay and Paypal.
Yes. At OLA AZUL, your privacy and security are a top priority. All personal and payment information is handled confidentially and securely. Payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted platform—your financial details are never shared with us.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time or contact us at help@olaazulsw.com to request removal of your data.
No, you can return just the item(s) you no longer want. You don’t have to return the whole order if you’re only sending back part of it.
We strive to maintain the highest quality standards for all items we sell. However, if you encounter any issues with a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us at help@olaazulsw.com. We will promptly investigate the matter for you. Please refer to our Warranty policy here.
Do not fold or iron. Rinse after contact with salt water or chlorine. Hand wash with cold water, using mild, gentle soap. Lay flat to dry.
