Orders ship from our facilities in Miramar, FL and Colombia, where our pieces are made.

All U.S. orders arrive in 3–6 business days with duties included, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• International: 4–10 business days

All orders are shipped via FedEx.

Delivery times are estimates and international orders may take longer due to customs clearance.

Yes, we ship to more than 200 countries.

For orders outside the United States, import duties and taxes are not included and are paid on delivery.

United States: no. Duties and import fees are covered by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Outside the United States: yes. Import duties, taxes (such as VAT) and customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping. They are set by your country's customs authorities and collected by the carrier on delivery, sometimes with a carrier handling fee.

We are unable to estimate these charges in advance, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

If a package is refused, not collected, or returned to us because duties and taxes were not paid, we will refund your order once the package is back with us, minus the original shipping cost (also on orders that shipped free), the return shipping cost and any duties, taxes or fees charged to us.

Refused packages are not eligible for exchanges. See our Shipping Policy.

You may return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

No. You may return individual items from your order.

You do not need to return the entire order if you are only sending back part of it.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method according to your bank’s processing time.
