Refund policy

We want you to love your Ola Azul piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

This policy applies to purchases made through:


U.S. ORDERS

We gladly accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier). U.S. orders include complimentary, easy returns.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition with all tags, hygiene liners, and packaging intact

  • Returned together in one shipment (if applicable)

  • Free of stains, custom alterations, or damage

Items marked Final Sale, purchased with a discount, promotional code, or as part of a sale event are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Customized items and complimentary gifts are also non-returnable.


HOW TO START A RETURN

Email help@olaazulsw.com with your order number and request.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected (within 1–3 business days), you may choose one of the following options:


EXCHANGE

Exchange for a different size or style of equal or greater value (price difference applies).

  • One exchange per order

  • Return shipping covered by Ola Azul


STORE CREDIT

  • Issued within 5 business days after approval

  • Return shipping covered by Ola Azul

  • Valid for future online purchases


REFUND

  • Processed to your original payment method

  • Return shipping covered by Ola Azul

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, plus additional time depending on your payment provider


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders delivered outside the United States:

  • Returns accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • Items must meet the same eligibility criteria above

  • Store credit only (no refunds to original payment)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs or import fees

Items marked Final Sale or purchased with a discount are not eligible for return.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our pieces.

If you believe you received a defective item, you may submit a warranty claim within 60 days of purchase.

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by bronzers, bleach, detergents, or chemical exposure

  • Alterations or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

To file a claim, email help@olaazulsw.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

After review, we may offer:

  • Exchange (price difference applies if upgrading)

  • Store credit

  • Refund to original payment method
