International orders may be subject to duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Returns & Exchanges
U.S. returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
International returns are eligible for store credit only.
Items marked Final Sale or purchased at a discount are not eligible for return.

15. Mobile Messaging Program
Program Description
When you opt in to the OLA AZUL mobile messaging program, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from OLA AZUL LLC. Messages may include new collection announcements, early access, exclusive launches, promotional offers, product recommendations, loyalty updates, and shopping-cart reminders.
Consent and Enrollment
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting an SMS subscription form, checking an SMS consent box, replying to an opt-in message, or otherwise affirmatively enrolling, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from OLA AZUL at the number provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. OLA AZUL does not charge a separate fee for participating in the mobile messaging program.
Opting Out
You may cancel your participation at any time by replying STOP to an OLA AZUL text message. After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive marketing text messages unless you opt in again.
We will also honor other reasonable opt-out requests as required by applicable law.

Mobile Number and Eligibility
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to enroll that number in the program. You may not enroll a number belonging to another person without authorization.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control.
Privacy
Information collected through the mobile messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may share mobile messaging information with service providers that help us operate the program, including messaging platforms and wireless carriers. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or consent records with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
